网络经济与传统经济融合 搞好电子商务人才培养

网络经济迅速发展的今天,网络经济和传统经济的融合已成定局,它们已经在技术、功能、产业和社会等方面实现了融合,在这个融合过程中,人才的作用是巨大的,但由于意识认识不到位,对人才岗位估计不足、岗位定位模糊、人才自身素质不高等方面的原因,人才没有得到有效的利用,本文提出网络环境下重视和加强有关专业人才培养的建议。

Today when cybereconomy is developed rapidly,the integration of cybereconomy and traditional economy has already been settled,and they have already realized integration in such aspects as technology,the function,industry and society.While this merges,function of talent is enormous.But because of tack of talent post,post reservation fuzzy,poor quality,the talents have not got effective use.Thus it proposes to pay attention to and strengthen the talent’s training in network environment.
