高职化工专业学生职业能力培养的探究与实践

Exploration and Practice of Professional Cultivation Ability of Chemical Students in Higher Vocational Education

本文是通过企业调研,针对我国高等职业教育人才培养存在的问题,借鉴和吸收国外发达国家在学生职业能力培养方面的做法与经验,结合我国国情,对高职院校化工专业学生职业能力培养问题进行的探索。从人才定位、课程体系、教学方法和教学手段、师资队伍建设等多方面提出了针对我国化工专业学生职业能力培养的措施,并进行了实践,极大地提高了化工专业学生的职业能力,此课题对高等职业教育化工专业人才培养将有所启迪。

With the help of the practice and experience of the developed countries in the training students’ ability, this thesis, associating with Chinese national conditions, analyses the personnel training problems of our higher vocational education. Then, for personnel target, curriculum system, teaching methods and faculty construction, etc, it explores some occupational ability cultivation problems of chemical majors in higher vocational college, and puts forward some measures for our country’s chemical students.
