摘要
选用芦荟、葡萄、大枣、大姜等果蔬为主要原料,对其复合保健饮料制取的配方、工艺进行了研究。通过正交试验筛选出该复合饮料的最佳组合方式为:A2B2C2,即芦荟、葡萄、大枣、大姜混合汁用量91%,蔗糖8%、柠檬酸0.2%。
The formula and technology for the production of the compound health beverage made from aloe, grape, jujube and ginger are studied in the article. The optimum formula selected from the orthogonal design is A2B2C2, that is the amount of 91% of the compound juice of aloe, grape, jujube and ginger , 8% of sucrose and 0. 2% of citric acid.
