摘要
研究国内外培养高技能人才情况及发展趋势,高职院校得以借鉴、创新和发展,对于改革高职办学模式,为社会培养更多更好的高技能人才有重要意义。
On the base of the research about domestic and foreign high-skilled personnel training situation and developing trend ,the higher vocational colleges can learn from ,innovate and develop.It is of great significance to reform schooling model in higher vocational colleges and provide more and better high-skilled personnel for the society.
