摘要
近几年,随着高校招生数量不断增加、规模不断扩大等因素给高校发展带来机遇,但同时随着师资队伍增加、多校合并、干部不断调整等因素的出现,对于高校组工干部能力建设也提出新的考验。本文对当前我省高校组工干部在能力建设上存在思想观念滞后、能力发展不平衡、政策和制度不够成熟、培训学习途径形式单一、激励机制缺乏等问题进行了详细分析,提出了解决高校组工干部能力建设问题应采取的措施和对策。
In recent years,with enrollment increasing of the number of colleges students and expanding of the college size ,it brings the opportunities for the college to develop. Cadre ability construction of university organizational work meets some severe test because of some factors,such as teachers increasing,several colleges mergering and candres adjusting.This paper analizes some problems in detail on cadre ability construction of university organizational work in colleges ,such as ideological concept lag,abnormal ability development,immature policies and institutions,the unitary training form and lack of the incentive mechanism,putting forward the recommendations and countermeasures to solve the problem of cadre ability construction of university organizational work in colleges and universities.
