摘要
以玫瑰茄、桑椹为主要原料,研制出一种营养丰富、色泽美观的玫瑰茄桑椹复合饮料,对产品配方、生产工艺条件进行了初步的分析探讨。
Using roselle jamaica sorrel and mulberry-capsule as mian raw materials,a new compound juice was developed.The prescription and producing craft were studied in the article.
