The people-centered idea is the essence and core of scientific developing concept,and it is also the core and basic value orientation of the education development.It is the necessary guiding principle for long-term development of colleges and universities to regard the scientific developing concept as guidance,adhere to the people-oriented idea,carry forward the spirit of reform and innovation.For the development of colleges and universities,we should adhere to the people-centered idea,put the students in first place and consider firstly the teachers’ development and realize their own value in order to enhance the quality of education comprehensively,promote the scientific development of colleges and universities and make due contributions for the scientific development of society.
