Study on the Fitting Degree of Chemical Skilled Talents Cultivation and Market Demanding in Weifang City

技能型人才培养与市场需求的拟合情况直接影响着职业院校教育和社会经济的健康持续发展。本文从化工技能型人才的有效供给与劳动力市场需求、专业课程设置与当地化工企业人才需求、人才培养质量与社会需求等方面研究了潍坊市化工技能型人才培养与市场需求的拟合状况,分析了存在的主要问题,并结合当地实际,提出了解决问题的合理化建议。

The fitting degree of skilled talents cultivation and market demanding had a direct influence on the sustainable health development of the Vocational Colleges education and the social economy.In this work,we studied the fit state of chemical skilled talents cultivation and market demanding in Weifang City from the following aspects such as the effective supply of chemical skilled talents,labor forces market demands,specialty course setup,the talent demands of local Chemical industry,talent training quality,social demand,etc.and analyzed the existent main problems,finally put forward some rationalization proposals to solve the problem?combining with the local reality.
