摘要
本文简略回顾了根系研究的发展史,对近年来根系研究法作了较为全面的综述,讨论和分析了根系研究方法的优缺点。最优的根系研究方法要根据研究目的和研究条件来确定,对于具体的研究,往往不仅仅采用一种方法。
The progress in methods of studying root system in history is briefly reviewed.The advance in methods of studying plant root system is comprehensively summarized.The problems of the methods in modern agriculture field are estimated.Before making a decision,it is necessary to understand the applicable conditions of a method,to make comparison carefully.Maybe the optimum solution is to use more than one methods.
