The Leading Cadres of Higher Colleges Should Set Up the New Scientific and Developing Thought

深入贯彻落实科学发展观,要求高校领导干部必须坚持解放思想,更新观念,积极确立以科学发展观为指导、与贯彻落实科学发展观相适应的新的思维方式,即战略思维、发展思维、创新思维、和谐思维和人本思维五个方面。本文分析了五种新思维的内涵和要求,以及在新思维指导下应该推进和开展的工作。指出高校领导干部树立科学发展新思维是一项重要且具有战略意义的任务。在高校领导干部深入贯彻落实科学发展观学习实践活动中,本文对转变思维和工作方式,促进高校事业又好又快发展具有一定的指导意义。

It demands that the leading cadres of Higher Colleges must persist emancipating the mind,renewing ideas,and establish positively the new thought method,that is strategic thought,developing thought,innovative thought,harmonious thought and humanism thought,which adapt to the implementation and realization of the scientific and developing concept,under the instruction of the scientific and developing concept,to implement and realize the scientific and developing concept thoroughly.This article analyses the connotation and request of the five new thought and the work should be advanced and developed under the instruction of the new thought.It also points out that it is an important and strategic task for the leading cadres of Higher Colleges to set up the scientific and developing new thought.It has certain guiding sense for the leading cadres of Higher Colleges to implement and realize the scientific and developing concept thoroughly,and transform methods of thought and working to promote the enterprise of the Higher Colleges developing both well and quickly.
