建设高职特色校本文化 打造一流高职院校——潍坊职业学院校本文化建设思路

Building School-based Culture with Higher Vocational Characteristics to Creat First-class Higher Vocational Colleges——Weifang Vocational College Culture-based Ideas

学校文化作为一种文化现象,是社会文化的有机组成部分。而校本文化则是具有学校个性,独具特色的学校文化。研究高职特色校本文化的建设,有助于提高高职院校办学实力和竞争力。本文以"潍坊职业学院校本文化建设"为个案,从阐述高职特色校本文化的内涵出发,在深入分析构建高职特色校本文化必要性的基础上,提出了高职院校校本文化建设的思路。

School culture,as a cultural phenomenon,is social and cultural components of the organic.School-based culture is a personality,a unique school culture.Study on characteristics of school-based vocational culture can offer the aid of higher vocational colleges’ the strength and competitiveness.In this paper,Weifang Vocational College for the case,from the characteristics of vocational school-based culture,the authors gave the in-depth analysis of the cultural construction of the need for school-based vocational characteristics based on the higher vocational colleges,and made the idea of building a school-based culture.
