摘要
通过采用野外调查和室内分析相结合的方法,对潍坊市日常食用的蔬菜硝酸盐的含量、污染状况及其影响蔬菜硝酸盐含量的主要因素,进行了调查分析。并在此基础上,参考世界卫生组织(WHO)建议的硝酸盐日允许量摄入值,进行了食用安全评价。研究结果表明,蔬菜硝酸盐含量和土壤肥力、种植方式等因素有关系,研究得出潍坊市蔬菜硝酸盐污染相对较为严重,亚硝酸盐污染较轻。
By field investigation and sampling and laboratory analysis,this paper is an attempt to study the vegetable nitrate contents,pollution condition and the main factors of its influence on nitrate contents in Weifang City.On this base,according to the Acceptable Daily Intake for man(ADI)value recommended by Word Health Organization(WH0),a safety evaluation of nitrate content in vegetable crops for human health was made.The results show that the vegetable nitrate contents have significant relationship with soil fertilities and planting the way and others.The vegetable nitrate pollution is serious in Weifang City,while nitrite pollution is slight.
