摘要
书籍是人类文明进步的阶梯,是人类思想交流、知识传播、文化积累的重要依托,是对人类的智慧积淀、流传与延续。书籍的装帧经历了漫长的历史过程,才逐步演化为今天比较成熟的艺术形式。
This paper gives a concise presentation of the different forms of materials as well as the historical development of the design forms in book binding and layout,in the order of the historical periods,emphasizing the importance of studying and knowing the historical development of the book binding design.
