高职院校种植类专业人才培养模式的探索与实践

The Exploration and Practice of Talents Training Model on Planting Majors in Higher Vocational College

种植类专业人才培养模式的设计以校企合作为平台,工学结合为切入点,基于企业需求设计顶岗实习,基于对农业行业(企业)的生产与工作岗位的分析,构建与人才培养模式相适应的课程体系及校企合作育人机制,从而较好地实现农业种植类高职教育以工学结合为切入点的教育教学改革。

Talents training model on planting majors is designed to regard school-enterprise cooperation as a platform,the combination of working and study as the breakthrough point.What’s more,the practice is designed to be based on the demands of the enterprises and production and job analysis on the agricultural sectors(enterprises).At last the design needs to build a course system adapting to the talents training model and education mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in order to realize the the education reform of the combination of working and study in the field of agriculture high vocational education.
