Practise the Scientific Concept of Development Improve the Innovation and Development of Organization in Colleges and Universities in New Era

科学发展观是党中央在新世纪新阶段立足社会主义初级阶段基本国情,总结我国发展实际,借鉴国外发展经验,适应新的发展要求提出的重大战略思想,是我们党执政理念的一次飞跃。科学发展观是我国经济社会发展的指导方针,高职院校党的组织部门必须以高度的政治责任感,克服工作中存在的困难和问题,为学校的可持续发展提供坚强有力的组织保证。

Based on the national conditions of primary stage of socialism,the Scientific Concept of Development is put up by the CPC Central Committee who summed up China’s practical development and drew on overseas experience to adapt to new demands in the new century and new stage.It is the major strategic thought of our party,the guiding principle of China’s economic and social development and a leap in the governing concepts.To provide a strong organizational guarantee of the sustainable development of the school,the party organization departments in vocational colleges should have a high sense of political responsibility,overcome the problems at work,insist on putting people first and improve the innovation and development of organization.
