"职业教育就是就业教育",培养学生有较高就业能力,良好的就业素质,提高职业院校学生就业质量,是高等职业教育义不容辞的责任。本文对提升学生职业素质,构建全过程指导制、"特长生"导师制、专业技能过关制的"全特能"培养模式,进行有益的探讨。

Vocational education is careers education which is to cultivate the students’ high employability and excellent employment talent as well as to improve the vocational student’s employment quality.This becomes the responsibility incumbent upon higher vocational education.This paper makes a beneficial inquiry on how to improve the students’ professional quality including constructing process guidance system,"special-needs student" tutorial system,and "omnipotence training mode" of professional skills access system.
