摘要
本文结合美国大学教学观摩,从教学目标的确定、教师角色的定位、建构学习策略的运用,以及多元化过程性考核的实施等方面,介绍了建构主义教学理论在美国大学课堂教学中的应用及特色。分析目前我们在教学改革中存在的问题及改革的重点难点,并就如何加强教育理论研究,树立全新的教育理念,探索基于培养学生综合能力的教学设计模式,提高教师对学生自主学习策略的驾驭能力,解决有效实施以促进学生学习为目的多元化过程性考核等问题。
Through the observation of the teaching process in the university of the United States,the paper describes the application of constructivist theory and characteristics in teaching,including clear identification of teaching objectives,teacher’s roles,the use of constructivist learning strategies,as well as the implementation of process assessing.The article also analyzed the problems in our cuurent teaching,put forward the crucial aspects in following reform and discussed the questions on how to strengthen the theoretical study on education,establish a new educational concept,explore the instructional design model based on enhancing students’ comprehensive ability,improve teachers’ ability to control the learning strategies and how to implement the process assessments effectively to motivate students’ learning.
