摘要
电测法是工程上常用的对实际构件进行应力分析的实验方法之一,它由于具有灵敏度高、传感元件小、适应性强等特点,故而应用广泛,技术进步快。本文结合具体工程项目,介绍应变片的构成及其工作原理,阐述电阻应变仪的作用和测量电桥的组桥方式,通过实践,分析应变测量技术在实际工程中的价值,得出应变片具有使用方便、操作简单、相对稳定、灵敏度高、测量结果可靠等优势的结论。
Electrical engineering method is commonly used in the actual components of the stress analysis of the experimental method,because of its high sensitivity,small sensors,the characteristics of adaptability.In this paper,the project on the composition of the strain gauge and its working principle,on the role of resistance strain gauge measuring bridge and the bridge of the group means of strain measurement technology in the actual project,and come with a strain gauge easy to use,simple operation,relatively stable,high sensitivity,the advantages of reliable measurement results conclusions.
