提高统计信息质量 增强应对危机能力

Improve Statistical Information Quality to Enhance the Capacity to Respond to the Crises

统计信息作为政府宏观决策的依据之一,信息质量至关重要。尤其是在国际金融危机的背景下,显得尤为突出。要千方百计提高统计数据的质量,要对党和政府负责、要对历史负责、要对从业职业道德和操守负责,要充分认识提高统计数据质量的重要性。但由于经济成分的复杂化、经济活动的多样化,利益格局的多元化,使统计信息失实现象没有得到有效遏制。本文对造成统计信息失实的成因进行了分析,阐述提高统计信息质量的主要措施,旨在更加严谨地搞好统计信息的准确性问题。

As a basis for the government’s macroeconomic policy,statistical information quality is essential,especially in the global financial crisis.The more difficulty the economic situation is,the more we should do everything possible to improve the quality of statistical data,in order to be responsible to the party,the government,the history and the professional ethics and integrity of personal responsibility.We must fully understand the importance to improve the quality of statistical data.However,because of the complexity of economic sectors,the diversification of economic activities and the pattern of interests,the phenomenon of false statistical information has not been effectively controlled.The causes of false statistical information was analyzed in this paper and it elaborated the key measures to improve the quality of statistical information aimed at promoting statistical work and address the problem of statistical information accuracy more rigorously facing the difficulties in the international financial crisis.
