随着现代化职教体系的逐步建立,"校办工厂"已经成为历史名词,但是如何搞好新形势下的"校内实训基地"建设,成为制约职业教育发展的瓶颈问题。本文探讨"校中企"的运营模式、资金来源、技术平台、技能型人才开发等问题的走势,力求通过改革,找到有效突破口。

"School-built Factory" has been an out-of-date noun.However,how to construct the in-campus training base in the new situation has become an urgent problem faced by vocational education.This thesis discusses the trend of the rotation model on constructing the in-campus training base by school-enterprize Cooperation,of how to obtain money, of building the technique platform, of cultivating the professional personnels,and attempts to find the effective ways to solve the problems by reforming.
