大力加强内涵建设 促进高职院校可持续发展

Strengthen the Content Construction Vigorously to Promote Sustainable Development of Higher Vocational Colleges

尽管高等职业院校面临着严峻的招生就业形势,但在认真学习《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》的基础上,对如何在激烈竞争中保持可持续发展,凸显出自己的办学特色,引领职业教育发展方向,有了更加清晰的认识和体会。本文分析潍坊职业学院发展过程中取得的经验,结合工作实践,对加强内涵建设、实现高职院校可持续发展等问题做简要分析。

Although the higher vocational colleges face a severe employment and enrollment situation,based on studying National Outline for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020),we have more clear understanding and experience on how to maintain sustainable development in the fierce competition,highlight their own education characteristics and lead the development direction of vocational education.This paper analyzes the experience gained in the development of Weifang Vocational College and also analyzes how to strengthen the content construction and achieve sustainable development of higher vocational colleges from the work practice.
