摘要
高等职业教育人才培养模式对高职院校教学管理提出了更高的要求,教学管理是高等职业教育教学质量的保障,科学有效的教学管理离不开高职院校教师的支持和参与;高职院校应为教师提供相应的参与管理的机会,教师应有自己的主体自觉,提高参与教学管理的意识和能力,将个人愿景融入学校发展之中,实现个人价值与组织价值的辩证统一。
High vocational education’s personnel training pattern puts forward a higher request to the high vocational colleges teaching management which is the safeguard of the high vocational education’s quality.At the same time scientific and effective teaching management requires college teachers’ support and participation.High vocational colleges ought to provide suitable opportunity for teachers to participate in the management.Teachers also should have the quality of self-consciousness and sharpen ability and consciousness in order to unify individual prospect in the college’s development,realize the dialectical unification of individual value and organization value.
