高起点新思路全方位 构建“三区”建设高技能人才培养基地

Fully Carry out the Program of Educational Scheme with High Starting Point and New Ideas for Establishing the Training Base for Highly-skilled Talents in the “Three Regions”

潍坊位于山东半岛中部,承东启西,连接南北,区位优越、交通便捷;北部海岸线长140公里,有4462平方公里的浅海、滩涂和滨海平原,占据了半岛蓝色经济区、黄河三角洲高效生态经济区、半岛高端产业聚集区"三区"建设的核心位置。潍坊市将北部沿海地区作为支撑全市增量投入、实现跨越赶超的最大战略空间,举全市之力加快建设,努力打造蓝色经济发展的主战区、新兴和高端产业的聚集区、黄河三角洲开发的先行区。要实现这一宏伟目标,必须要有足够的人才作为支撑。因此,潍坊地区高技能人才培养必须协调发展,贯彻教育规划《纲要》精神,打破常规,高起点、新思路,从而全方位构建"三区"建设高技能人才培养基地。

Located in the middle of Shandong Peninsula,Weifang enjoys predominant location and convenient communications.With 140 meters coastal line in the north and 4462 sq.km.shallow sea,mudflat and coastal plain,Weifang becomes the heart of the urban agglomerations of the Shandong Peninsula coastal economic zone,the Yellow River Delta ecologically friendly economic zone,and the Shandong Peninsula high-tech industrial zone,which is also called "Three Regions".And the city’s northern coast is now pioneering Weifang’s major economic initiatives to build the Shandong Peninsula coastal economic zone,the Shandong Peninsula high-tech industrial zone and the Yellow River Delta ecologically friendly economic zone.To achieve this goal,there must be enough talents to sustain it.Therefore,training of highly skilled talents in Weifang must be coordinated.That is,the authority should fully carry out the program of educational scheme with high starting point and new ideas for establishing the training base for highly skilled talents in the "Three Regions".
