校企合作背景下的院校合作能力建设研究

Research on Cooperation Capacity Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges under School-enterprise Background

校企合作是推动高职院校自身发展的内在要求。本文在总结当前校企合作主要形式的基础上,深入分析校企合作中存在的问题,提出高职院校应将重点放在加强自身合作能力的建设上,为学校和企业的长期、有效、可持续合作探索一条可行之路。

School-enterprise cooperation is the inherent requirement to promote the development of higher vocational colleges.Based on the fact to summarize the main form of school-enterprise cooperation,the paper deeply analyzes the main problems in school-enterprise cooperation,proposes that the vocational colleges should focus on strengthening their cooperation capacity construction to explore a way forward for the long-term,effective and sustainable cooperation between schools and enterprises.
