Good professional quality is the essential quality to obtain the success for the higher vocational college students.That higher vocational college students develop good professional quality is the key point to enhance the employment competitiveness of graduate.This article explains the meaning and characteristics of professional quality which the higher vocational college students should develop and analyzes deeply the status and problems of students professional quality in higher vocational colleges.Following the above,the article then discusses the importance to strengthen the professional quality of vocational students and explore the five union path options to train professional quality and employment competitiveness of higher vocational college students in order to provide theoretical reference and practice mode for the development of students professional quality in higher vocational colleges.
