摘要
高职教育的任务就是培养合格的生产、管理第一线的技术应用型人才。食用菌是朝阳产业,因此,《食用菌栽培学》在培养应用型人才上起到了重要作用。《食用菌栽培学》是实践性很强的一门课程,但在传统教学中存在着理论与实践相互脱节的问题。本文通过分析和研究高职院校《食用菌栽培学》课的项目教学法,把理论与实践纳入一个整体进行优化,提出《食用菌栽培学》课程项目教学改革方案。
The role of higher vocational education is to culture persons with higher level of technique and application who is fit for the first line of production and management.Edible mushroom is sunrise industry,so "Edible Mushroom Culture" plays an important role in training persons with higher level of technique and application.Although the Course of the Science of Edible Fungi is a course with a great quality of practice,the problem of the theories being isolated from practice exists.We provide analysis and research on the project teaching method of "Edible Mushroom Culture",put the theories and practice into a comprehensive model to optimize and present project reformed teaching method of "Edible Mushroom Culture".
