Strengthen Logistics Team Construction in Vocational College and Improve Comprehensive Service Ability

高职后勤工作不同于普通本科院校,也不同于普通专科学校,其管理和服务具有自己的鲜明特点。如何针对这些特色进行有效的管理,并且取得成效,是业界正在积极研究的课题。本文从以人为本、科学管理的视角出发,立足思想建设、队伍素质、管理水平、服务质量等关键问题,探索高职后勤工作管理育人、服务育人的新途径。

Logistics in vocational college,which is different from which in undergraduate colleges or junior college,the teching research and students management has their own features.How to manage students effectively and get effects according to these features is a subject that proffesors are actively researching.From the aspect of people oriented and scientific management,to resolve the key problems of ideological building,this paper explores new ways to managing teaching and serving teaching in the process of vocational college lagistics,team quality,management level and srevice quality and so on.
