摘要
自人类出现以来,世界许多国家和地区早已开始把昆虫作为食品,并且各具其独特的食用种类、方法和特点。本文分别追溯了世界与中国食虫文化的历史,总结了各地食虫习俗,阐述了世界与中国食用昆虫的开发现状,进而展现了开发食用昆虫的重大意义,并展望了食用昆虫的开发前景。
Since the mankind appears,many countries and regions in the world have already begun to put the insects as food,and each have their unique edible species,method and characteristics.This paper traces the insectivorous cultural history in the world and China,sums the insectivorous custom of different places,elaborates the development situation of edible insects in the world and China,shows the significance of development of edible insects,and looks forward to the development prospect of edible insects.
