要实现学院改革建设发展目标,首先需要建设一支师德高尚、业务精湛、作风优良的高水平教职工队伍。为切实加强教职工职业道德建设,不断提高教职工教书育人、管理育人、服务育人水平,进一步推动学院事业发展,学院党委部署开展了"坚定信念、创新奉献、团结和谐、为人师表"主题教育活动,广大教职工以昂扬的斗志、积极扎实的工作,迎接党的"十八大"的胜利召开。本文对学院开展主题教育活动的重要意义以及活动取得的成效作了阐述和介绍。

In order to achieve the development goals of college reform and building, first of all, we need to build a high level staff team with noble ethics, business skills, and excellent style. In order to strengthen the professional ethics construction, improve the teaching, management, service and education level and further promote our college’s development, College Party Committee carry out thematic educational activities as"Keep the faith, innovation and dedication, unity and harmony, be a model for others". For give a warm welcome to the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and wish it a success.This article introduces the significance, succuessful experience, practices and effectivenesses of the thematic education activities of Weifang Vocational College.
