本文分析了中等专业学校教学能手评选存在的不足,介绍了学校教学能手评选改革的方式方法及其效果,给出了教学能手标准化要求,为学校骨干教师队伍建设提供了新的思路和方法。

This paper analyzes the defects in the normal school teaching experts’ selection.In the other hand, it introduces the methods and effects about the school teaching experts’ reform selection. Finally,the paper gives the standard teaching experts’ quantitative check tables, so it provides innovative ideas and methods for school prime teachers’ team construction.
