高职院校党外代表人士队伍建设的实践与思考——以潍坊职业学院为例

高职院校作为高等教育的一个新的重要领域,聚集了一大批高素质人才,其党外代表人士大多是学校的业务骨干和学科带头人,他们不仅在教学、科研、管理方面发挥着重要作用,而且在加强和改善学生思想政治工作,维护学校安定团结方面也发挥着重要的作用。大力加强高职院校党外代表人士队伍建设,是引导和团结党外知识分子围绕构建和谐校园乃至和谐社会,形成维护安全稳定和促进发展的目标所在。本文以潍坊职业学院为例,通过数据分析以及具体实践做法,就如何做好新形势下党外代表人士队伍建设工作提出了新的思路和见解。

Higher vocational college, as a new important part of higher education, is the place where many high-quality talents gather. In higher vocational colleges, most of the non-party representatives are excellent staff and academic leaders, who are not only important in teaching, scientific research, management, but also play an important role in strengthening and improving the ideology and politics education of college students and maintaining the stability and security of colleges. Strengthening the team building of representative figures outside the CPC aims to guide and unite the non-party intellectuals of higher vocational colleges to maintain security and stability and promote development on building harmonious campus, and even harmonious society.
