Three Dimensionally Ordered Macro porous Materials by Colloidal Crystal Templating Method and its application

摘要 胶体晶体模板法是制备三维有序大孔材料的重要方法,其制备过程一般为:首先将单分散胶体微球组装成有序的胶体晶体形成模板;其次将前驱物填到模板间隙转化为固体骨架;最后去除模板得到相应3DOM材料。胶体晶体模板的制备、填充、去除是制备三维有序大孔材料的关键步骤,本文对此做了具体阐述并探讨了其中的几个影响因素,并论述3DOM材料的在催化、吸附领域的最新应用进展。 It is the important method for Colloidal crystal templating preparing three -dimensional ordered macro porous (3DOM). This method commonly involves three steps: Firstly, colloidal crystals are formed by filling uniform spheres into three-dimensional ordered arrays. Secondly, the interstitial space is filled by a liquid precursor converted into a solid skeleton. Finally, the template was removed to get the 3DOM. It was the key steps of preparation, filling, and removing, then they were elaborated and several influence factors were explored. The new development of 3DOM in catalysis and adsorption was discussed.
