“职教”集团发展的区域化和跨区域化问题研究

Research on Regionalization and Inter-regionalization of Development of Vocational Education Group

职教集团于20世纪90年代在我国兴起,是由若干独立职业学校、相关企事业单位,以契约为纽带组成的职业教育办学联合体。据不完全统计,目前国内已有正常运行的职教集团约近200多家,集团化办学已基本上覆盖到全国各个省和直辖市。然而,就现有的职教集团看,有的职教集团存在着明显的形式问题,发挥作用不充分,必须采取措施,亟待加以改进。

Vocational education group appeared in our country in the 1990s, and it is a vocational education combination body which is made up of several independent vocational schools and related institutions, with contract as a link. According to incomplete statistics, there are about nearly 200 vocational education groups currently in China, and the collectivization has basically covered the various provinces and municipalities directly under the central government. However, in respect of the existing vocational education groups, there exists some problems for some vocational education groups. These groups don’t give full play to the role, so some measures must be taken urgently to improved them.
