十八大报告中指出:加快发展现代职业教育,推动高等教育内涵式发展。这为我们高等职业教育的发展指明了方向。那什么是内涵?怎么发展内涵,我认为其中最重要的是教师自身业务水平的提高,即在十八大精神的指导下,脚踏实地做好本职工作,在教学、科研、社会服务等领域奋力开拓,不断提高自己的专业水平与工作能力,以实际行动为名校建设做贡献。

The report of the 18th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party pointed out that we should speed up the development of modern occupation education and promote the connotative development of higher education. This pointed out the direction for the development of higher vocational education. What is the significance of connotation ? How to develop connotation? I think the most important is to improve the level of teachers. That is, doing all works in the field of teaching, research and social services to constantly improve professional standards and the job abilities and take practical action to make contributions for the prestigious building under the guidance of the spirit of the 18th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party.
