如何促进高职大学生自主就业、充分就业和高质量就业是党和政府以及高职院校共同关注的问题,高职院校大学生就业协会,作为自发性的专门服务学生就业创业的学生自治组织,应充分发挥其自身具有的组织覆盖面广、宣传阵地多、联系学生紧等优势,通过宣传引领、就业创业活动、搭建平台、鼓励创业等举措更好地服务高职大学生就业创业工作。
