Circular Economy Status and Strategy Study in Binhai Development Zone of Weifang

当前,国家大力发展循环经济。潍坊滨海经济技术开发区发展循环经济具有地理位置、基础设施、自然资源、产业基础等方面的优势,但也存在产业结构、技术、人才、资金等方面的制约因素。推进潍坊滨海经济技术开发区循环经济发展,要求健全政策法规,完善发展软环境,加大科研创新、人才引进、信息服务和舆论宣传力度,增进国际间的交流与合作。

At present,China is vigorously developing circular economy.On the one hand,Binhai Development Zone of Weifang owns its advantages in location,infrastructure,natural resources,industrial foundation and so on;on the other hand,however,there are still some constraints in industrial structure,technology,human resources and financing.Therefore,the circular economy development in Binhai Development Zone depends on sounder policies,laws and regulations,as well as better soft environment.It is a need to strengthen science and technology innovation,talent introduction,information services,and public opinion guidance.At the same time,international exchange and cooperation should also be reinforced.
