摘要
把和谐发展理念融入职业院校育人工作,构建和谐教育,培养社会所需要的和谐发展的高素质人才,既是构建和谐社会的应有之义,也是职业教育的永恒主题。潍坊职业学院师范/文化创意学院从加强校园文化建设和师资队伍建设、提高学生综合素质等方面对构建和谐教育进行了实践和探索。
Putting the harmonious development concept into vocational educational work and building a harmonious education to culture high- quality talent which the society requires is both proper meaning to build a harmonious society,but also the eternal theme of vocational education. Teachers and Culture College conducted practice and exploration in strengthening the cultural and creative construction of campus culture, developing teachers group and improving their overall quality of education and other aspects.
