高职院校专业教师到企业实践探析

Analysis on Enterprise Practice of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

教师到企业实践锻炼,是高职院校建设"双师"素质教师队伍的有效途径之一。当前高职院校采取措施积极促进专业教师到企业实践锻炼取得一定成效,但也存在一些问题,需要高职院校进一步完善激励机制、检查评估机制,调动教师到企业实践锻炼的积极性。同时,要让教师积极服务企业,争取企业的支持和合作。

One of the most effective ways of the construction of double quality teachers in higher vocational colleges is to participate in enterprise practice. At present,higher vocational colleges take active measures to promote professional teachers to take part in enterprise practice. Some progresses have been made,but there are also some problems. Higher vocational colleges need to further improve the incentive mechanism and evaluation mechanism,encourage teachers to participate in enterprise training. At the same time,teachers should actively serve enterprises and strive for the support and cooperation from enterprises.
