关于校园文化建设与学生综合素质培养的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Campus Culture and the Cultivation of Students’ Comprehensive Quality

校园文化对培养学生综合素质发挥着价值导向、规范陶冶、情操塑造、激励鼓舞等特殊作用。当前高职院校校园文化建设存在认识片面化、活动形式单调、硬件支持不足等问题。建立有效的监督奖励机制,多渠道筹集文化建设经费,加强班级文化建设,促进校企文化衔接融通,是解决这些问题的主要途径。

Campus culture plays a special role of value orientation,standardization,sentimental shaping, inspiration in cultivating the students’ comprehensive quality. The current problems of the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges are as follows,one- sided understanding,monotonous activity form,and lack of hardware support. Establishing a supervision and incentive mechanism,raising funds with effective multiple channels,strengthening the cultural construction of class culture,and promoting enterprise culture cohesively,which is the main way to solve these problems.
