高职院校专业教师企业实践锻炼现状分析

A Status Analysis of Professional Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges Carrying out Practice in Enterprises

专业教师到企业实践锻炼是提高高职院校教师实践教学能力的有效途径。目前高职院校教师到企业实践锻炼的机制还不够完善,影响着教师实践锻炼的积极性和实效性。高职院校应建立包括管理、监督、考核、评价、激励等在内的一整套完善的制度和长效工作机制,保障教师企业实践锻炼工作顺利开展,持续提高教师实践教学能力。

Carrying out practice in enterprise for professional teachers is an effective way to improve teachers’ practical teaching ability.Currently the mechanism of college teachers’ enterprise practice is still not perfect,which affects teachers’ positivity and effectiveness in practice.Vocational colleges should establish a sound system and a set of long-term mechanism,including management,monitoring,assessment,evaluation,motivation,etc.,to ensure that teachers make enterprise practice smoothly,and to continuously improve teachers’ practical teaching ability.
