浅谈高校老旧教职工生活小区的管理

高校老旧教职工生活小区建成年代久远、基础设施陈旧老化、配套不完善,居住人员复杂,维修维护资金缺口大,存在管理难的问题。改革高校老旧教职工生活小区管理,应积极争取政府支持,构建政府参与的社区管理体系,创造条件稳妥推进社会化管理,同时要提高管理服务队伍素质,提供优质高效的物业服务。

Because the old residential quarters of college staff are of the quality of great age,aging infrastructure,imperfect supporting,complex occupants and the maintenance funding shortage,the management is very difficult.To reform the management of the old residential quarters of college staff,they should actively strive for government support,build the community management system with government involvement,create conditions to stably push forward socialized management,enhance the professional quality of the management staff and provide estate service of high quality and efficiency.
