高校辅导员的工作性质,当前大学生思想政治教育的复杂性和艰巨性,以及大学生全面发展个性发展,都要求高校不断提高辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的能力。高校要针对当前辅导员队伍特别是年轻辅导员存在的一些问题,加强辅导员思想政治素质建设,努力提高辅导员开展思想政治教育工作的能力。

It has been a hot social issue to improve the professional ability of university instructors in the ideological and political education.It is determined by numerous factors,including not only job characteristics of the university instructors but also the complexity and arduousness of the work,furthermore containing the requirement of integrated and individual development for university students.The university should pay more attention to the existing problems and enhance the ideological and political quality construction of instructors,especially for the younger.
