高职学生素质能力提升的有效途径探析

Analysis on Effective Approaches for Enhancing Qualities and Abilities of Higher Vocational College Students

目前高职院校学生普遍存在素质能力缺失问题。高职院校应重视学生素质能力的培养,大力加强学生精神层面的教育尤其是"中国梦"的宣传教育,引导学生树立理想和发展目标;通过优化日常管理提升学生最基本的素养;同时,要加强辅导员队伍建设,提高辅导员队伍专业化水平。

The lack of the qualities and abilities is the ubiquitous problem of the higher vocational college students now.So the higher vocational college should pay attention to cultivation of students’ quality and ability,and Guiding students to establish the ideal and goal of development according to the strengthen students’ spiritual education,especially the " publicity and education China dream".Students’ basic qualities were improved by optimizing the daily management.And the professional counselor team level was improved by strengthening the counselor team construction.
