摘要
由于共同的兴趣爱好、地域空间、家境及心理等原因,中职生形成了众多非正式群体。这些群体既有提高中职生认知能力、适应能力和促进个性发展的积极作用,又有致使中职生丧失自我、认知错位、违法违纪的消极影响。学校必须重视中职生非正式群体的存在,通过树立学生信心、激发学生学习愿望、加强法制教育、开展心理咨询以及严格要求等途径,加强对中职生非正式群体的教育引导,发挥其积极作用,抑制其消极作用。
With common interests and hobbies,geographical space,family circumstances and psychological reasons,etc,the secondary vocational school students form a multitude of informal groups.These groups play a positive role in improving cognitive ability,adaptability and promoting the development of personality,still they play a negative role in promotion the loss of self,cognitive dislocation,violation of law for the vocational students.So schools must attach importance to the exist of the informal groups in secondary vocational students,through the ways of building up self-confidence,stimulating students’ learning desire,strengthening legal education,psychological counseling and strict requirements,and so on,to strengthen the guidance of informal groups of secondary vocational students,so as to exert its positive role and inhibit its negative effects.
