生物酶法提取杏鲍菇菌糠多糖工艺研究

Study of Biological Enzyme Method for Polysaccharides Extraction from P. eryngii Mushroom Substrate

摘要 对以杏鲍菇菌糠为原料,采用纤维素酶、木瓜蛋白酶、果胶酶辅助水提法提取杏鲍菇菌糠多糖工艺进行了研究。在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验设计获得最佳杏鲍菇菌糠多糖提取工艺,即木瓜蛋白酶添加量为2.5%,料液比为1∶25,pH值为5.0,酶解时间为60min,酶解温度为55℃。此工艺下,粗多糖得率最高,为6.38%。 For polysaccharides extraction,mushroom fungus substrate were extrated with cellulase,papain or pectinase assisted water process. Based on single factor investigations,orthogonal array design was employed to optimize the hydrolysis process,and the optimum hydrolysis conditions were found as follows: the papain dosage of 2. 5%,material /liquid ratio 1: 25( g /ml),pH 5. 0,hydrolysis duration 60 min,and ydrolysis temperature 55℃ and the polysaccharide yield obtained under such conditions was 6. 38%.
