校企文化对接融合与学生职业素养培养初探

Research on Culture Combination between School and Enterprise and the Students’ Professional Quality Training

随着职业教育与企业合作不断深化,企业文化对职业院校的影响日益广泛和深刻。企业文化对职业院校培养学生职业素养具有特殊作用。职业院校应积极推动校园文化与企业文化对接,营造企业化的人才培养环境,加强企业文化研究和教育,让学生通过感受体验企业文化提高职业素养。

As the vocational education and the enterprise cooperation continue to deepen,the influence of corporate culture in vocational colleges are widely and deeply. Enterprise culture has a special function to cultivate students’ professional quality in vocational colleges. Vocational colleges should actively promote campus culture and enterprise culture to combine,build entrepreneurial talent training environment,strengthen the research and education of enterprise culture and let the students improve professional quality by experiencing the enterprise culture.
