摘要
高职学生自主学习能力较弱,主要是由于学生自我效能感低、缺乏明确目标、知识基础差、缺少自我监控能力,以及高职院校教学有效供给与学生实际需求存在矛盾等原因造成的。高职院校应注重激发学生学习动机,开展职业规划帮助学生确立学习目标,并依据学生需求推进课程体系建设和课堂教学模式改革,使学生形成一定的自主学习能力。
The self- learning ability of students in higher vocational college is relatively weak,mainly because students have lower self- efficacy and weak fundamentals,and they are lack of specific aim and self- monitoring ability,meanwhile there are contradictions between the effective supply of teaching and students’ need. In order to help students have the ability of self- learning,higher vocational colleges should focus on stimulating students’ learning motivation,developing career planning to help students set learning goals,and promoting the establishment of curricular system and reform of mode of teaching according to students’ need.
