概述了语用学中合作原则的四个次原则或准则,即量的准则、质的准则、关系准则和方式准则。以《傲慢与偏见》中的对话片段为例,分析了合作原则的违背对丰富作品内涵,尤其是对塑造人物性格的作用。

This paper gives a brief introduction of four principles or four maxims of Cooperative Principle in Semantics,that is,quantity maxim,quality maxim,relative maxim and manner maxim. Some dialogues selected fromPride and Prejudice have been analyzed as examples to testify the violation of Cooperative Principle,and it is clearly useful to analyze the effect of the violation of four maxims to rich novel’s content and to cultivate figure’s characters.
