文化创意类专业“一室一站双课堂”教学模式的构建与实施

The Construction and Employment of Teaching Model:One- Room and One- Office in Culture and Creative Major

潍坊职业学院在文化创意类专业中实施"一室一站双课堂"教学模式改革,提升了学生专业核心技能和综合素养。"一室"即在校内建立企业专家工作室,师傅带徒弟,实现教学环境职场化、公司化;"一站",即在企业建立教师校外工作站,教师通过参与企业项目,提高专业实战能力;"双课堂",即将校内课堂和校外工地课堂有机结合起来,校内课堂着重培养学生基本素质,校外工地课堂着重培养学生专业岗位核心技能。

The teaching model performed in Weifang Vocational College is named as One- Room and One- Office,which can enhance students’ core technology and comprehensive quality.One- Room and One- Office in fact is the combination of college and factory,in which one- room means a factory office or a research center comes into the college to let students and teachers work in a real factory office,and one- office means the college comes into a factory to let teachers and students coorperate with factory in a program.In fact,the combination sets a platform of double classrooms,where in college students learn basic classroom knowledge from teachers,and in factory students learn practical technology from technicians and workers.
