潍坊市城市化与产业结构演进的互动研究

An Interactive Study of Urbanization and Industrial Structure about Weifang

城市化与产业结构的演进是互为影响、相互促进的,产业结构的优化升级能带动城市化水平的提高,而城市化的快速发展也能推动产业结构不断调整。基于潍坊市1990—2013年城市化与产业结构的数据,运用VAR模型对城市化与产业结构演进的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明,潍坊市城市化与产业结构演进之间存在相关关系,第一产业与城市化水平之间存在并不明显的负向关系,而第二产业和第三产业的发展对城市化水平的提高起到带动作用。据此,建议潍坊市优化第二产业,提升先进制造业和高新技术产业;加快发展第三产业,重点发展科技、金融、文化创意等新兴高端服务业;优化升级第一产业,促进农业产业化、市场化。

The development of urbanization and the adjustment of industrial structure can influence each other and stimulate one another for common development.Led to urbanization with economic development and optimization of industrial structure evolution,development,industrial structure,evolution and even become the driving force for development of urbanization,as well as to determine and influence the direction of urban development.According to the data of Weifang from 1980 to 2013,this paper analyses the theories of the urbanization using VAR model.We can draw the conclusion that the tertiary industry plays a bigger role in promoting the process of urbanization than the primary industry the secondary industry,on the contrary,doesn t make much difference.The model testing didnt promote the theory that the development of urbanization can stimulate the adjustment of industrial structure,but it did promote the theory that the evolution of industrial structure plays an important role in the development of urbanization.
